Equilibrium Networks' (EQs') visual traffic analysis software is subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR; under the Export Control Classification Number 5D002.c.1, license exception TSU) and other U.S. laws and regulations. By downloading this software, you affirm that you are not a foreign person (as defined in 22 CFR 120.16) from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria and you also agree that you will not make EQs' visual traffic analysis software available to such persons.
